Welcome to Aero Maintenance Flight CenterAero Maintenance Flight Center has been serving the pilots of the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years. AMFC is a full-service operator equipped to handle all of your aviation needs. Our 12,000 square foot facility is located on the historic Pearson Airfield in Vancouver, Washington, only 15 minutes from downtown Portland, Oregon.

Transient pilots will find our staff well trained, courteous and knowledgeable. Our ramp is well lit and features a coded electric gate for easy auto access. Several rental car companies serve Pearson Airfield. Freeway access is just minutes away. Aero Maintenance is the closest FBO to downtown Portland.

LaserGrade Computer Testing

Authorized LaserGrade Testing Facility
Aero Maintenance is a fully authorized LaserGrade test site, including all FAA written exams. Testing hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Call 800-211-2754 for scheduling.

Instructors Wanted

Aero Maintenance is currently hiring CFIs and CFIIs.  Immediate openings are available for those instructors interested in a Part 61 school that specializes in airmanship, good judgement and thorough non-standard operational training.  We train in conventional, tricycle and complex aircraft.  Please send resumé to James Greene.

Private Pilot Ground School
Runs evenings for 6 weeks. $250 for class.

New class begin monthly.  Classes will run two days per week from 6:00-8:30pm.  $50 deposit is required.




Instrument Pilot Ground School
Runs evenings for 6 weeks. $300 for the class.
